*Eligibility Terms and Qualifications
Minimum 60 days advance notice is required. Additional nights may be available at an addition fee of $99
per night. Weekends or holiday dates and reservation of less than 60 days advance notice may be available but may also require an
additional fee. All reservations are based on availability.
This offer is limited to married couples between the ages of 25 - 68 with an annual
household income of at least US$50,000 and who own a valid credit card (no debit cards).
Attendance at a 90-minute interval ownership sales presentation is required. Husband and wife must attend the sales
presentation together. The standard package applies to parties of 2. Blackout dates apply. Taxes,
gratuities, transportation, and meals, are the sole responsibility of the traveler. Promotion
is void where prohibited by law and where state registration and/or licensing requirements have
not been met. This offer is non-transferable and is not valid in conjunction with any other
promotion. This offer is not available to any persons who have toured same resort property,
within the past six (6) months. Travel must be completed within one year from date of
registration.
State Disclosures: This offer is not valid where restricted or prohibited by law. You
may cancel this contract and request a refund without any penalty or obligation
within 30 days from the date of registration. After 30 days, you may also cancel this contract and request a refund if
accommodations are not available for 3 date requests (not including holidays) within the contract period.
